May 28 Roma: the show must go onYesterday I (like a keen sportsman) watched the final matches of Champion league 2009. Unfortunately only on the screen, but damn... you have no idea how much I wanted to be there in ROME!!!!! I'm glad I was for a beautiful show, great game, many goals and so no... What I want to say, none of the finalists is my favorite one. Thought I have to be honest I know much more about The red devils than Barca. Yeh, thanks to those, who are very eager to poison my minds with Manchester United :) But as you know I would lovely enjoy the participation of any italian club in the final matches, but... it is as it is... And for the conclusion... Once Danny Blanchflower said: "The great fallacy is that the game is first and last about winning. It is nothing of the kind. The game is about glory, it is about doing things in style and with a flourish, about going out and beating the other lot, not waiting for them to die of boredom." February 12 Striped icebergsŠį rytą norėčiau su jumis pasidalinti pasakiškais vaizdais. O kad galėčiau pasakyti - aš juos padariau... Na, gal vieną dieną :) Tuo tarpu ačiū vienam draugui, kuris man tai parodė. Pasirodo, ledkalniai gali būti ir dryžuoti. Jie, tarsi saldainiai, būna papuošti mėlynomis, žaliomis ir rudomis juostomis. Tokie ledkalniai susiformuoja per šimtus ar net tūkstančius metų ir sutinkami Antarkties regione. Plačiau apie tai: This morning I would like to share with you the magic views.
Oh, I wish, I could say – I made them... well, maybe one day :) Meanwhile thanks to one friend who showed them to me. Did you know what icebergs can be striped. They looks like a giant mint humbug, with its clear blue, green and brown stripes. These stunning banded icebergs - formed over hundreds, if not thousands, of years - were pictured floating in the waters of the Antarctic. More about it:
